Responsibility

1.To design for curtain wall project.
2.To finish curtain wall structural system and shop drawing design.
3.In charge of checking before acceptance, appraisal and completion acceptance,
4.To analyze and deal with technology of curtain wall project.

Requiremnets

1.aged between 25 to 40, college degree or above, majored in construction/ civil engineering/machinery, etc
2.Have a good command of CAD and be familiar with theory and specification of designing glass curtain wall and stone curtain wall.
3.more than 3-year experience in designing curtain wall, and equal or more than 2-year experience as an assistant of designer.
4.preferred those who have experience in independently designing for large projects.

Responsibility

1.To work out purchasing plan and in charge of purchase of project materials
2.In charge of screening, introducing and maintaining of suppliers.
3.To invite bids, price, make a contract, place and trace an order and pay off the money.
4.To give assistance to the cost control of purchasing.

Requiremnets

1.Aged beteen 25 to 35, college degree or above, and be equipped with related experience in purchasing management of cuetain wall project
2.Be familiar with purchasing procedure and management of suppliers in curtain wall industry.
3.Be familiar with category, pricing structure and products structure of materials in curtain wall industry.

Responsibility

1.To manange the engineering technology of the site.
2.To work out the managemnet scheme of quality and resolve problems of quality.
3.To inspect the work on site, and involve in completion acceptance.
4.To coordinate with related departments' supervison, monitor and auditing.

 Requiremnets

1.Aged between 25 to 40, college degree or above, majored in construction or related subjects and have a good command of CAD.
2.Be equipped with more than 3-year experience in project management of large real estate or construction industry.
3.Have strong professional knowledge and be familiar with natioanl or local construction requirements, preferred who has certificate of National Registered Construction Engineer.

Responsibility

1.In charge of investment budget, design budget, shop drawing budget and final account for completed projects, working out a contract, inviting and submitting a bid
2.In charge of engineering budet and predicated cost of project.
3.To involve in review of drawings and draft and management of contract.

 Requiremnets

1.College degree or above, equipped with related knowledge of engineering managent and budget and balance auditing of construction cost.
2.Be equipped with more than 3-year experience in budget and balance auditing of cnstruction cost, preferred who have the certificate of budgeteer.
3.Be familiar with budget sofrware, and have the ability to independently work out list of budget and bill of quantities.

Responsibility

1.In charge of maintenance of curtain wall project, undertaking of modification projects and overall process management.
2.In charge of the management of on-site construction and organizing and coordinating among various works.

Requiremnets

1.College degree or above, majored in construction or related subjects, good spoken English
2.Be familiar with various kinds of technologies of curtain wall project, and master related standards and specifications.
3.Be equipped with more than 3-year curtain wall construction and management, preferred who has certificate of National Registered First-Class/Seocond Level Construction Engineer.
4.Be of high degree of responsibility and bear relatively strong working pressure.
