40 years before, the Third Plenary Session of theEleventh Central Committee of the CPC reconfirmed the ideological line ofemancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, which is regarded as acrucial choice to shape the destiny of China. It was 10:00 in the morning of 18th Dec,2018 that the session was celebrated at Great Hall of the People. Leaders whoattended the session including general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,chairman, and Xi Jingping and chairman of the Central Military Commissiondelivered an important speech at the meeting.All members of Netfortune(Shanghai) Aluminium WorksCo., Ltd(herein after called the “Netfortune(Shanghai)”)watched the conference at office building, factory and working place whereprojects were located in.
Reform and opening up can never be realized by oneperson overnight.
