“Six Types of Working Team” Training Held Successfully
In order to improve the construction of working group and increase vitality, adhesion power and competition, from 16th May, 2018 to 17th May, 2018, Shanghai Netfortune factory invited Fuguan, Sheng, the teacher of Jinshan Community College, to train partial employees about six types of working team, namely learning-oriented team, skilled team, innovative team, administrative team, benefit-oriented team and harmonious team.
Zuxiang, Gong, the manager of production, firstly delivered a motivated speech before the training. He expected that working team leaders could reacquaint themselves with responsibility, role and ability, and fully exert their roles of “leading cadre”. In addition, leaders shall keenly discover the advantages of their own teams and positively establish six types of teams.
Teacher Sheng introduced the aims, requirements, and procedures of
establishing teams, and status, role and ability of team leaders. He emphasized
the key factors, importance, main content and channels of six types of working
team.
There are 33 personnel in total participated in this training including Zuxiang, Gong, the production manager, Anbo Zhu, the executive deputy manager, Lixin Cai, the senior manager of administration, and leaders from production maintenance department, logistic team, warehouse team, QC team, cutting team, assembling team and representatives from HR & Admin department.
Leaders who participated the training positively responded that they had a clear direction to establish six types of working teams after two-day special training. What really matters to the establishment of teams is that leaders of team shall firstly carry out aims of establishing six types of teams combining with features of position, and decompose these aims into all types of teams.
