You are beyond my expectation, mylady!

--Activity on Women’s Day

On 7th, March, administration andpersonnel department issued the arrangement of women’s day on OA, and informedthem of some related international protective policies for women.

On Women’s day, Shanghai Netfortune elaborativelyprepared an special activity for all females. As we all know, there are despairphenomenon still existing due to gender differences, while females are alwaysbeyond our expectation because they are becoming more and more clever andindependent than before. In order to understand the real thoughts and demands,we company took this opportunity to care about ladies with the help of thisactivity. In the early morning, what surprised to us was that our generalmanager Xuguang Li sent all of female staffs the first blessing with a rose andgifts.

We firmly believe that the momentthey received such a surprise, they couldn’t help but putting their smile ontheir faces.

Inthe afternoon, female staffs arrived at Ceramic Design Studio in Tianzifang.Although they are unfamiliar with the craft, they were happily immersed intheir hand craft.

HailingGe from Finance Department said that this activity was different from dailyleisure time, because the mutual cooperation had narrowed their gap throughmaking plants, painting and chatting in such a relaxed way.

Inaddition, Shanghai factory specially planned the female staffs to spend acomfortable and happy women’s day through going for an outing.

8female staffs set out to to the first 4A level scenic spot --Fengjing ancienttown. They went for an ramble on the ancient street with brick and had a tasteof delicacy with Fengjing characteristics: smoked toad, salted vegetable,gorgon cake, and Chinese rise wine, etc. Then, they moved to the seconddestination peasant painting village to appreciate the first inverted house inChina.

Althoughextricating themselves from busy work for a short time, they dramatically feltrelaxed and deepened their mutual understanding and trust. The local people’shospitality and optimism imprinted deeply on their mind which would give themcourage to face the twists and turns in future work and life.

Infact, everyone is equal in work. Females are as ambitious and careful as males.What’s more, females occupy an more important role in family, especially forreproduction, education, the maintenance of family which overwhelmed females.In order to make women understand by women, Shanghai company set up acustomized public e-mail for women, which could enable them to feed back theirinner thoughts to company.
